A passionate educator who has a relentless commitment to breakthrough student achievement, Antoinette earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Towson University in Maryland. She has completed graduate coursework in Urban Education at Notre Dame of Maryland University and an earned master’s degree in Reading Curriculum and Instruction from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. Antoinette has an Orton-Gillingham Certificate and has participated in post-graduate work to learn more about dyslexia and other language-based challenges that affect language acquisition.

Antoinette has nearly two decades of experience educating students in K-12 public and independent schools and higher education. She has worked to develop teachers and school leaders professionally.

Antoinette is proud to cultivate learning experiences that deliver explicit, systematic instruction designed to reach all learners, irrespective of socioeconomic status. This educator has a genuine and patient demeanor when interacting with all people. She is accountable and responsive when she triangulates student data, keeps a laser-like focus on detail, and develops individual educational plans in her student’s best long-term interest.

Antoinette is eager to partner with those serious about helping children triumph over adversities by “unlocking” the reading code and looking ahead to a brighter future. Antoinette is a proud wife and a mother who looks forward to deliberately cultivating countless memories with her husband, their three children, and their English Bulldog. Antoinette finds joy in creating opportunities that enrich her children’s lives and guide them to live lives of purpose!
