Becky Busselman
Associate Director of Advancement
Education & Experience:  Becky attended the University of Minnesota and earned a bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication and a Master's of Arts Degree in Strategic Communication. Becky has spent her entire 16-year career in the non-profit Advancement field including the University of Minnesota Athletics Department, Normandale Community College Foundation and Groves Learning Organization (9 years). Linda Domholt
Director of Advancement
Education & Experience:  Linda went to the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities where we received her Bachelor of Science in Family Social Science and then went on to the Humphrey School of Public Policy. She has worked in the field of Advancement. Community Engagement and Communications for the last 17 years helping organizations raise millions of dollars for a variety of causes. Hobbies: If Linda is not at work you will find her and her wife at their cabin in Brainerd or visiting one of their children or grandchildren. Linda's hobbies are boating, biking, hiking, and recently taking up woodworking. Linda is also an avid Minnesota sports fan. Ashley Gotreau
Director of Annual Giving
Education & Experience:  Ashley attended the University of Wisconsin-Superior and has been working in the nonprofit/fundraising space for 15 years. She sees herself as a perpetual student and is thrilled to be working at Groves surrounded by the energy that being in a school brings. During her time at Groves she has been able to witness the impact that Groves has on students, families, and the broader community, and is grateful to be a part of it all. Grant Writer
Education & Experience: Kay joined Groves Learning Organization™ (GLO) in December 2017, excited to add her background in curriculum, marketing, and grant writing to help advance the mission and vision of GLO. Kay believes that collaboration is a key ingredient in moving an organization forward and feels GLO excels in working together as a team to serve its students, their families, and the broader community. Hobbies:  Kay lives with her husband and their empty nest in Minneapolis.
