Groves Learning Organization (GLO) is delighted to announce a distinguished group of four new Board of Trustee members who bring an impressive list of skills and national and international expertise to our organization.

We are incredibly grateful for the time and talent they provide as we continue to empower students to unleash their brilliance through expert literacy instruction for all learners and supportive solutions for students who experience learning challenges

Carly Broderick

Miles Consumer Products
Founder/CEO

Carly Broderick is a former Target executive who left her corporate career to be an independent consultant for emerging brands. She noticed a gap in the market when shopping for deodorant for her teen son. This inspired her to launch Miles, a dynamic personal care brand designed for teens. Miles is a natural, plant-based personal care brand intended to be an inclusive, modern brand focused on individuality rather than enforcing gender roles and expectations.

Emily Cooley Dobbins

NOVA Education Consultants
Founder/CEO

Emily is the Founder and CEO of Nova Education Consultants, an education cooperative that helps districts and charters meet their educational goals. From district and program strategic planning to providing contracted services, NOVA partners with institutions to meet every challenge that comes with delivering an outstanding education to Minnesota’s students.

Frankie Lenzmeier

Stickney Hill Dairy, The Humble Goat
Co-Owner

Frankie is co-owner of Stickney Hill Dairy, a national leader in developing, marketing, and selling goat milk products for commercial, food service, and retail market segments. From a cheese made at the bottom of Stickney Hill to bringing the new Humble Goat cheese to a National market, Frankie drives the family-focused mission to share a holistic experience of our brand sincerely intended for our customers and consumers.

Nneka Sederstrom, PhD, MPH, MA, FCCP, FCCM

Hennepin Healthcare
Chief Health Equity Officer

Dr. Sederstrom helps drive organizational work to assess, build, and execute strategies to cultivate a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion and transform how care is delivered to our community. She was previously the director of the Clinical Ethics Department at Children’s Minnesota. She has extensive leadership experience in program development, training, speaking, and writing about racism, social justice, ethics, and their impact on the delivery of healthcare.
